Exchange Process
- If your exchange request is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we confirm a product defect or error on our part.
- We recommend insuring the package, as we're not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once we receive the item, we'll inspect it to confirm the reported issue.
- If approved, we'll process your exchange for a similar item or offer store credit.
